1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Egypt.

For remote areas, additional delivery fees may apply. Our team will contact you if extra charges are required.

2. Processing & Production Time

Many of our products are made-to-order or customized.

Production time: 7–21 business days (depending on the product).
Ready-made items may ship sooner.

You will be contacted once your order is ready for delivery.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after production:

Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
Other governorates: 3–5 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on:

Customer location
Product size
Order quantity

Final shipping cost will be confirmed before dispatch.

5. Delivery Conditions

Customers must ensure:

Accurate delivery address and phone number
Someone is available to receive the order

Products must be inspected at the time of delivery.

Any visible damage must be reported immediately and documented with photos.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

Incorrect address
No response
Refusal of delivery

Additional delivery charges may apply for rescheduling.

7. Assembly

If assembly service is included, it will be completed at the time of delivery.

If not included, products will be delivered securely packaged.
