At Egy Furniture, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that production has not started.

After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the product has entered the manufacturing or preparation stage.

2. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (large furniture items and custom color options), returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

The product arrives damaged.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The wrong item was delivered.

Returns are not accepted for:

Change of mind.
Incorrect color selection by the customer.
Minor variations in fabric texture or color due to lighting or screen differences.
3. Reporting a Problem

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Order number
Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Failure to report within 48 hours may void eligibility for return.

4. Inspection & Approval

Once your request is submitted:

Our team will review the case.
If approved, we will arrange pickup.
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
5. Refund Process

If the return is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: 7–14 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We may offer replacement instead of refund in cases of manufacturing defects or damage.
